The Provincial Team had a visit to Stowmarket in Suffolk for Columbyne Mark and a busy meeting with celebrations. Firstly, Worshipful Master Kaz Kossowski and his Officers Advanced Clive Hewett in the usual Columbyne manner with plenty of audience participation.
The celebrations began during the Second Rising when Provincial Grand Master David Boswell presented a certificate to the lodge to mark twenty years since the Consecration. This was followed by a presentation by Columbyne Past Master Roger Florey of a new set of Traveling Gavels to the Province, after the previous set was lost several years ago. Roger explained that every piece of this set has a brass plate with identification details, also the presentation box contained a tracker so there was no chance of them going astray!
An excellent Festive Board followed, with WM Kaz thanking the Provincial Executive and Active Officers for making the trip to Columbyne and ensuring a memorable anniversary.
